Former keynote speakers: Ambassadors Ksawery Burski, and Bogdan Góralczyk, and discussants Ambassador Jerzy Bayer and Mr. Adam Bralczyk are the officials from Polish MFA who actively participated in the conference.




Europe China Research and Advise Network


logoECRAN is a three-year project funded by the European Union to provide advice on China to European policy makers. It is designed to further enhance the capacity of European policy-makers to monitor and assess current developments in China and their impact on the EU and on EU-China relations.


The Institute of Asian Studies


iasThe Institute of Asian Studies (IAS) is an independent partner organization of the Centre of European and North Atlantic Affairs (CENAA) based in Bratislava, Slovakia. The main purpose of IAS is to promote and conduct research and spread knowledge about Asia among scholars, experts and professionals in Slovakia and the wider Central European region. To meet our targets, we publish research materials, organize seminars and conferences and support education about relevant Asian topics at Slovak universities. Our activities focus mainly on international relations and security studies in the geographical regions of East, South and Southeast Asia. The Institute coordinates its activities with similar organizations in other Visegrad countries with the aim of maximizing the relevant knowledge for countries in the region.


The Polish Association of International Studies


PTMS_logotyp-enThe Polish Association of International Studies was established in 2009 on the initiative of the scholars of the Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw. It is an academic society embracing scholars from Poland dealing with issues connected with international relations. In its activity, the Association draws on the experience of similar societies from other countries. The main objectives of its statutory activity include integration of the academic communities and stimulating research delimiting the theoretical and methodological identity of the discipline of international relations.


The Casimir Pulaski Foundation


pulaski_logoThe Casimir Pulaski Foundation (Fundacja im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego, FKP) is an independent think-tank based in Warsaw specializing in foreign policy. FKP provides strategic analyses and solutions for policy makers, private sector officials and civil society specialists. Founded in 2004, the foundation concentrates in its research in two areas: transatlantic relations in the context of security policy; and the post-Soviet sphere of influence. Other points of interests include Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

The magazine published by Res Publica Foundation from Warsaw with the kind support of the International Visegrad Fund. The magazine maintains full editorial independence and opinions expressed in the articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily have to reflect or represent official position of the International Visegrad Fund, the Visegrad Group or the publisher.
